Distraction is bad when you are trying to finish your assignment
Distraction is bad when you are going to have exam in 2 days time
Distraction is bad when you wanted to accomplish the dream that you had for ages
but Distraction is good when you try to get over a broken heart. It keeps you away from all those sword piercing heart pain, sleepless night, insecurity, loveless times, uncertainty, loneliness, sadness, joyless, solemn, misery... it is no longer bad but good...
